Coupon Train

Hey everyone!
I'm really interested in starting a coupon train.
There are a few different ways to go about this:

Way 1) Start an envelope with a set amount of coupons, say 40. It would then be mailed to it's first stop (the first closest geographic location), that person takes out what they want and adds back the same number of coupons. So say they took 8, they would put in 8 coupons to replace it. They would then mail it to the next person in queue and so on.

Way 2) Set up pairs of people with opposite wants in coupons -- Say a cat person and a dog person; what ever dog coupons the cat person got, they would mail to the dog person, etc...

Both ways have their benefits and I'd be willing to start either (or both!!)!
