It's official; it's the gray area between winter and spring! Winter coats and scarves are being forgotten, and while it's not quite t-shirt and shorts weather, we college students are crossing our fingers it will be soon! With this wonder, warm, sunny weather, the flip flops are being dusted off and put on, and fresh, fun food seems to be a theme. One treat I'm anxious to have is sorbet! So good, and not terrible for you either.
Last summer my cousin and I made this following the tutorial on Make and Takes (here). Ours didn't come out as pretty as their's, but it was still delicious and not too expensive for all the servings it made.
